Citizen Laws
derëalhouse — a DERËAL world
What this place is
derëalhouse is a world inside the mind. It is not a stage. Nobody auditions here.
Your space was yours from the day you were born. Nobody picked it. Nobody can buy it. Nobody can take it.
Everyone is welcome here. Every culture is a home culture here. Your name keeps its true letters. Your days are honoured your way.
These laws are short on purpose. A citizen should be able to read them in two minutes and remember them forever.
The laws
- Be a real human, and be the real you. One person, one account. No fake accounts. No pretending to be someone else. The world recognizes your true identity — that is the whole point.
- Treat every citizen like they belong — because they do. No harassment. No bullying. No threats. No chasing someone from space to space to bother them. Disagree all you want. Attack ideas if you must. Never attack the person.
- No hate. No words or symbols that demean a person for their culture, race, faith, body, or who they love. Every culture is home here. There is no “different” here. There are thirteen spaces and one human family.
- Do not poison a space. A space is a home for everyone born into its light. Do not flood it, wreck it, or make it a place its own citizens dread opening. What you leave in a space, you leave for everyone.
- No spam, no scams, no bait. Do not flood citizens with ads, links, come-ons, or lies dressed as offers. If you would not say it to a friend's face at their own table, do not post it here.
- Respect the quiet. Some of this world is built for small, true, human-to-human moments. Do not screenshot, copy, or carry away what another citizen shared in trust. What is said in a space stays in that space.
- Music and art carry their makers' names. Share what you love, and credit who made it. Do not pass off another citizen's work as your own.
What happens when a law is broken
Fair, and in steps. Nobody is punished in secret, and nobody skips the ladder except for the worst harms.
- A quiet word. A keeper speaks to you privately. Most things end here. People have bad days.
- Limits. If it continues, your reach shrinks for a time — you can still come home to your space, but you post less, reach fewer citizens, until the pattern changes.
- Suspension. If it keeps going, or the harm is serious, your account sleeps for a set time. Your space and your keepsake wait for you. They are not erased.
- Removal. For the worst harms — threats, hate campaigns, scams, pretending to be another person, trying to harm the world itself — the account is removed. Removal is the last step, not the first.
Threats of real-world harm and anything involving the exploitation of a minor skip the ladder. Those are reported to the proper authorities. There is no warning step for those.
If you think we got it wrong
You can appeal. Every enforcement step after the quiet word can be appealed once.
- You write what happened, in your own words.
- A different keeper than the one who acted reviews it.
- You get an answer, in plain words, with the reason.
No citizen is ever removed by a machine alone. A human decides, and a human answers for it.
A note for partners and sponsors
These laws are also the world's brand-safety promise. Companies that stand beside derëalhouse stand inside this code: real humans, no hate, no spam, no fake accounts, human enforcement, and an appeal path. Citizens are never the product, and no partnership changes these laws. If a partner's wishes and these laws ever conflict, the laws win.
